Finding a great brunch spot is always a win, and Chicago Waffles – West Loop did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, I loved the lively yet welcoming atmosphere. It was busy enough to create an energetic brunch vibe without being overly loud, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a delicious meal. Even better, the food arrived surprisingly fast despite the crowd.

With so many tempting options on the menu, narrowing down my choices wasn't easy! I finally decided on the Blueberry Compote & Chicken Waffle, featuring an original Belgian waffle topped with crispy fried chicken and homemade blueberry compote, along with the Cinnamon Roll Kiss Waffle, topped with cinnamon roll pieces, cinnamon apples, and caramel sauce.
The fried chicken was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned just right. Paired with the fluffy Belgian waffle and the fresh blueberry compote, every bite was the perfect balance of sweet and savory.

The Cinnamon Roll Kiss Waffle was equally impressive. I love cinnamon apples, and this dish was right up my alley.
As if choosing between those dishes wasn't hard enough, I've already decided what I'll order on my next visit—the Paco Tacos, which are basically pancake tacos filled with cheddar cheese scrambled eggs. Needless to say, Chicago Waffles, I'll definitely be back.
