Brunch @ Hexx Kitchen + Bar

I decided to grab brunch during my brief visit to Vegas. Strolling the strip, I stumbled upon a line of patrons waiting to get into a restaurant. I assumed that it must've been a great place to dine so I joined the line. Hexx Kitchen offers a variety of delicious options for breakfast and brunch. I decided to go with my normal brunch choices. I thoroughly enjoyed my fluffy veggie omelet, roasted garlic potatoes, and crispy English muffin. I added a short stack with my order, as I was famished waiting to dig in. I finished with a pineapple mimosa which was definitely the cherry on top of my satisfying feast.
