Downtown Dining Week Highlight: One11Madison

For Downtown Dining Week, I stopped by One11Madison for lunch — a stylish multilevel spot known for its cocktails and chill atmosphere. Their special was one turkey wing and two sides, and I went all in with the Honey Hot–seasoned turkey wing, smoked Gouda mac and cheese, and smoked turkey collard greens.

As you can see, the turkey wing was ginormous — seriously huge and super filling! Just a heads-up: it’s covered in hot sauce.

The mac and cheese was definitely the highlight for me — creamy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.
