Lunch @ DWJ Midtown

Today for lunch, my friend and I decided to try some authentic Asian cuisine at DWJ Korean Restaurant. Known for it's traditional Korean dishes, DWJ offers a variety of rice bowls, noodle dishes, Korean meats, and stir-fries. During our visit, I opted for the Seafood Udon Soup while my friend chose the Bibimbap. My soup was filled with thick udon noodles, clams, shrimp, calamari, veggies, and a poached egg. The broth was mildly spiced but loaded with Asian flavors. It was certainly a rich, savory and satisfying lunch. DWJ has 3 restaurant locations in Memphis (Midtown,Highland,Hacks Cross).
