The Eiffel Tower Restaurant: Las Vegas

During a trip to Las Vegas, I had the opportunity to have brunch at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant. What an amazing experience! The restaurant offers extraordinary views of the Las Vegas Strip along with a front row seat to a continuous water show. If you're looking for an elegant, romantic restaurant, this is the place. Just as you would assume, the Eiffel Tower offered a variety of French cuisine. During my visit I ordered a salad, lobster eggs benedict, and a chocolate soufflé.
