Seasons 52

Last night, I enjoyed a delightful dinner at Seasons 52, a restaurant that never fails to impress with its fresh, seasonal ingredients and warm ambiance. While this spot is ideal for special occasions, it also shines as a go-to for casual date nights or even a peaceful solo dinner.
I kicked things off with their Golden Beet Salad. This was a perfect starter — the warm honey-roasted beets were sweet and earthy, beautifully complemented by tangy goat cheese, peppery arugula, crunchy toasted pistachios, and a drizzle of 15-year aged balsamic. The harmony of textures and flavors was incredible and set a high bar for the rest of the meal.
Next, I tried the Butternut Squash Soup. While it looked promising with roasted butternut squash, toasted pumpkin seeds, and a sprinkle of chives, it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. It was tasty but lacked that something extra to make it memorable. However, the avocado toast more than made up for it. Light, fresh, and full of vibrant flavors, it was a satisfying and refreshing appetizer.
The true star of the night, though, was the Brick-Oven Gnocchi. Every bite was pure perfection — blistered marinated tomatoes added a tangy burst of flavor, while the pesto and melted mozzarella made it rich and indulgent. The herb salad on top brought a refreshing brightness to the dish. Honestly, it was to die for! I’d go back for that gnocchi alone.
For my main course, I couldn’t resist trying the Wood-Grilled Idaho Rainbow Trout. Served with broccolini and marble potatoes, and topped with a dill-mustard sauce, it was light, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The slightly charred, smoky flavor from the wood grill paired wonderfully with the tangy dill sauce.
Of course, I couldn’t leave without indulging in dessert. I had not one, but two of their mini indulgences — the Mini Pecan Pie and the Mini Cookies 'N' Cream. Both were the perfect sweet note to end an already fantastic meal.
I had a pleasant dinner at Seasons 52. I’ll definitely be back for more of that gnocchi! Check out Seasons 52 by visiting https://www.seasons52.com/home or on ig (@seasons52).
