Taco Tuesday at Swanky's

🌮 Taco Tuesday just hit different today! 😋 My coworker and I took a lunch break adventure to Swanky’s Taco Shop in East Memphis—and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!

The vibes were casual and fun, the food was fire 🔥, and the tacos were exactly what I was craving. I went with the shrimp tacos—loaded with roasted garlic sauce, fresh lettuce, cheese, and pico de gallo, all wrapped in warm flour tortillas. My sides? Sautéed veggies and fluffy cilantro-lime rice = chef’s kiss. 👌

My coworker went with the street tacos: marinated steak, diced onions, tomatillo sauce, and fresh cilantro on corn tortillas. Add in that creamy queso, fresh salsa, and crispy chips, and we were in full-on taco heaven.

The Street Tacos included two corn tortillas filled with marinated steak, diced onions, tomatillo sauce, & cilantro. Sides: Mexican street corn & cilantro lime rice.

Shrimp Tacos included two flour tortilla tacos topped with roasted garlic sauce, lettuce, cheese & pico de gallo. Sides: sautéed vegetables and rice.

The queso was also yummmmy :-)
