Yummy Hibachi
In case I haven't made it clear by now, I absolutely love hibachi and Japanese cuisine. The sizzling sounds of the hibachi grill, the enticing aroma of expertly grilled ingredients, and the mesmerizing skills of the chef turning a simple dinner into a culinary spectacle are a thrill. The excitement behind the chef's artful presentation and live cooking show adds an extra layer of enjoyment to each bite. One spot that I love to visit from time to time is Osaka Japanese Cuisine. Osaka offers a chill comfortable dining experience with great prices and nice proportions.
On this evening, I order the hibachi teriyaki shrimp and scallop special along with an order of lobster rolls. The shrimp and the scallops were seared to perfection. Juicy and flavorful! I enjoyed a nice portion of fried rice, seasoned crisp veggies, along with the typical ginger salad and clear soup. The lobster rolls were the highlight of the night though. They were out of this world. Each roll was filled with lobster, shrimp, crawfish, and drizzled with Osaka's spicy sauce. Yummy!
